NOTE: If there is more than one member/passholder in your household, fees may be adjusted following a canceled membership/pass. For example: Someone receiving the “Additional Household Member” fee will become “First Individual Member” with the corresponding fee structure upon cancelation of the household’s first membership/pass.

*Paid in Full Members/Pass Holders: If you paid in full at the time of joining, your membership/pass is only eligible for cancelation due to a medical reasons or relocation. Please complete the form below and upload a doctor’s note or proof of new address.

*EFT/Monthly Payment Members/Pass Holders: To be eligible for canceling, the payer must have paid at least 1 month’s payment in addition to the initial payment. Customer must cancel by the 5th of the month, otherwise that month’s payment will still be charged. EFT Agreement PDF

Memberships/passes may be placed on hold twice a year for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months at a time. To learn more or place your membership/pass on hold, contact the Service Desk at 815-895-3365.
