Community Center & Splash Fountain

From business meetings to celebrations and from team practice to athletic tournaments, this building can do it all! For an additional fee, rental add-ons include extending your rental beyond building hours and having a staff person lead an activity during your event. Submit questions and completed application to Reanna at reannap@sycparks.org

Multipurpose Rooms: Scenic farm field views, AV compatibility, access to the outdoor patio, and Splash Fountain. All Rentals include tables, chairs, and set-up/takedown.

Rooms A, B, or C = Resident $50 | Nonresident $74 per hour
Room A&B = Resident $100 | Nonresident $148 per hour

Gymnasium: The full gym accommodates 2 IHSA regulation basketball courts | 4 junior basketball courts | 4 regulation volleyball courts | 4 pickleball courts. Each 1/4 basketball courts has three hoops.

Full Gym = Resident $200 | Nonresident $296 per hour
1/2 Gym (Full Court) = Resident $100 | Nonresident $148 per hour
1/4 Gym (1/2 Court) = Resident $50 | Nonresident $74 per hour

Clubhouse
Located in the heart of the golf course, the Clubhouse and patio’s exquisite views and friendly service provide an intimate and relaxing setting for your event. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance. The full-service bar is included at no additional cost. Food may be brought in or check out the delicious catering options from the Caddyshack Grill.

Riverview Room
This newly updated space is perfect for meetings or small gatherings! Connect your slideshow to the large wall-mounted screen. Special weekday rates can be found in the Rental Application.

Outdoor Shelters

There are four large shelters available to rent, located in the Community Park and Citizens Memorial Sports Complex. Each has its own unique atmosphere and access to a variety of other park amenities. Fees are due at the time of the reservation. Submit questions and completed application to Reanna at reannap@sycparks.org

  Shelter Rental Application

Availability: Shelters are available to rent from mid-March through mid-October. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance but not within 2 weeks of the event’s date. The purchase of additional port-a-lets and dumpsters is required for groups over 125.

Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is only allowed with the purchase of a permit from the Sycamore Park District ($50). Renters must also provide proof of proper insurance.

Amenities: The reservation fee ensures your group has exclusive use of the shelter from sunup to sundown. Your rental includes six picnic tables – additional tables may be requested for a fee. While shelters may be located in close proximity to other park features, your rental reserves the shelter and picnic tables only. All other amenities are available on a first-come-first-serve basis to all park visitors.

Cancellations: Cancelations made within 30 days of the rental date will not be refunded. If a renter does not show up for agreed-upon rental, no fees will be refunded or transferred.
