Ages 12+ | Come join our interactive self-defense training seminar. Self-defense training not only helps you protect yourself, but others too. Plus, training helps you become physically and emotionally fit. Having the ability to defend yourself increases your self-esteem and boosts your confidence. Parents must remain in the building with participants ages 12-16. In this 90-minute course, we will discuss and practice the following:

• Situational awareness
• Practical Self-Defense Techniques
• Role playing exercises to increase reaction time
