Refunds & Inclement Weather All fees are nonrefundable. Splash Fountain will be closed for 30 minutes after lighting has been seen or thunder heard. It will also close when raining or cold. If you are unsure if the facility will be open due to current weather conditions, please call 815-895-3365.
